2. COMMITMENT
2.1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing or submitting the Order Form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. The Order Form, together with these Terms, forms the binding Contract between you and UX. If you do not agree to any provision, do not sign or submit the form — you will not be eligible to access our Products or Services.
2.2. Client Declarations and Warranties
You declare and warrant that:
a) You have the legal capacity to enter into and execute this Contract.
b) The information provided in the Order Form is complete, accurate, and current.
c) You will notify UX in writing of any changes to your contact details (address, email, phone number) as soon as they occur.
2.3. Adherence to Participation Rules
Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, you agree to comply with UX’s behavioral, health, and safety rules (including internal procedures, event etiquette guidelines, and policies related to data protection and participant confidentiality).
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices and Payment Methods
a) The price of each Product or Service is clearly stated on the UX website or communicated via official channels. All prices are in GBP (£), EUR (€), or RON (lei), depending on the local version of the site or event.
b) Payments can be made via:
Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Revolut, etc.)
Bank transfer
PayPal or other platforms offered via Stripe/GoCardless
Payment in instalments (if applicable to the specific Product or Service)
c) Prices may vary depending on the country, language, trainer level, or the period of purchase (e.g. early bird, late price).
d) By confirming the Order Form, the Client agrees to the selected payment method and is obligated to pay the full price under the chosen option.
3.2. Payment in Instalments
a) If a Product/Service allows payment in instalments, the number of instalments, the amounts, and due dates will be clearly displayed before purchase.
b) The Client undertakes to pay all instalments, regardless of whether they choose to continue participating in the program or not, unless otherwise agreed in writing with UX.
c) Failure to make a payment on time may result in:
Automatic suspension of access to the Product/Service.
Accumulation of penalties (late fees).
Transfer of the claim to a collection company.
d) Instalment payment is a contractual facility offered by UX, not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time. The Client is responsible for all scheduled payments once they accept the contract.
3.3. Promotions and Vouchers
a) UX may offer limited-time discounts, promotional tickets, or vouchers. Each will have clear validity conditions, expiration dates, and eligibility.
b) Promotional codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
c) No retroactive refunds or discounts are granted for tickets already purchased before a promotion was activated.
3.4. Additional Fees
a) UX is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Client for accessing the Product or Service (e.g. transport, accommodation, internet, exchange rate commissions, printing).
b) These additional costs are borne exclusively by the Client and are not grounds for refund.
4. CANCELLATION & DEDICATION POLICY
Every UncageX experience is designed with deep intention, limited capacity, and personalized attention for each participant. From the moment your place is confirmed, we reserve space, accommodation, staff, and preparation exclusively for you. Therefore, your registration represents a firm commitment to participation, not a casual reservation.
These terms are created to maintain fairness among all participants and to protect the integrity of the transformational process.
4.1. Cancellation by UncageX
a) UncageX reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, retreat, or program in exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, unforeseen logistical issues, or health-related conditions.
b) In the event that UncageX cancels or reschedules, the Client will be offered either:
- a full refund of all amounts paid, or
- a 100% credit towards a future edition of the same or equivalent event, at the Client’s choice.
c) Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, within 30 business days from written notification of cancellation.
d) After the refund or credit is processed, the Client agrees to have no further claims or demands against UncageX.
e) UncageX is not liable for indirect or external costs (e.g., flights, accommodation, transportation, or visa expenses) in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
4.2. Cancellation by the Client
Confirming a place in any UncageX event or program represents a personal commitment to participate.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers administrative, logistical, and preparation costs.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], including the participant’s full name and event details.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 30 business days of receiving the written notice.
4.2.a) General Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a cancellation request is received more than 60 days before the event start date, the participant may choose either a 50% refund (minus the reservation fee) or a full credit toward a future edition, valid for up to 12 months.
If cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days before the event, the participant is no longer eligible for a refund but may receive a 50% credit for a future edition, subject to a £150/€150 administrative fee.
If cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before, no refund or credit is available. However, the participant may transfer their place to another person, with written approval from UncageX.
If cancellation occurs within 15 days of the event, the entire amount paid becomes non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
All approved refunds or credits will be processed in accordance with the terms above.
4.2.b) Force Majeure and Medical Circumstances
UncageX understands that unforeseen circumstances can occur. To maintain fairness and consistency, these cases are handled separately from standard cancellations.
Situations considered force majeure include external and unforeseeable events beyond the control of either party — such as natural disasters, major travel restrictions, sudden legal limitations, severe family emergencies, or other conditions that make participation or event delivery impossible.
In the case of a medical emergency, the participant must notify UncageX in writing within 7 days of the occurrence and provide valid supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate or official notice).
Based on the review of the documentation, UncageX may, at its sole discretion:
- issue a full or partial credit valid for up to 12 months;
- offer rebooking for a future date; or
- in exceptional cases, provide a partial refund.
Failure to provide written documentation within the specified timeframe means the case will be treated under the general cancellation policy.
4.3. Event Type–Specific Rules
a) Retreats (Residential Events)
- The reservation deposit is always non-refundable.
- More than 60 days prior → 50% refund or full credit.
- 59–30 days prior → 50% credit for a future edition (minus admin fee).
- Less than 30 days → no refund; place may be transferred to another participant with written approval.
- Less than 15 days → no refund under any circumstance. - Medical or force majeure cases will be reviewed individually upon proof.
b) Weekend Experiences
Discounted or promotional tickets are non-refundable.
For standard tickets:
- More than 21 days prior → 50% refund (minus reservation fee).
- Between 20 and 7 days → 50% credit for a future event.
- Less than 7 days → no refund; ticket may be transferred to another person.
If the event is fully booked and your place is successfully filled by another participant, a full refund (minus £50 admin fee) will be granted.
c) Mentorship Programs (e.g., Self Mastery)
- Once registration is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.
- Access to live sessions, materials, and community constitutes full delivery of service.
- Missed participation, partial attendance, or voluntary withdrawal does not qualify for any refund.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., proven medical emergency), a credit transfer to a future edition may be offered at UncageX’s discretion.
4.4. Transfers and Name Changes
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual only with written consent from UncageX, and no later than 7 days before the event start date.
All transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected], including the new participant’s full details.
Transfers are valid for one occurrence only and may incur a small administrative fee.
4.5. Fairness and Commitment Clause
UncageX is committed to providing a professional, safe, and transformational experience for every participant.
In return, we expect the same level of responsibility, respect, and dedication from each individual who confirms their place.
By registering, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the UncageX Participation & Dedication Policy.
4.6. Online Courses and Digital Programs
UncageX online courses and mentorship programs are designed exclusively for the registered participant’s personal and professional growth.
Access to digital materials (videos, audios, workbooks, online platforms, or private communities) is granted only after payment confirmation and constitutes full delivery of service under digital content regulations.
Therefore, all payments for online courses and digital programs are non-refundable once the participant has:
- received login credentials or access to materials;
- attended at least one live session; or
- downloaded, streamed, or viewed any included resource.
Failure to access materials or attend sessions does not qualify for a refund. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing, copying, or distributing UncageX materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
In exceptional situations (verified medical emergencies or force-majeure events), UncageX may, at its discretion, grant a credit toward a future edition or defer access to a later date.
By enrolling, the participant confirms they have read and agree to this UncageX Online Courses & Digital Programs Policy.
5. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEES
5.1 General Conditions
a) Clients may request a refund only under the conditions stated in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 (Cancellation by UX and Cancellation by the Client). No other reasons — including subjective dissatisfaction, change of personal schedule, absence without notice, or lack of personal application of the teachings — qualify for a refund.
b) All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed only after verifying payment and eligibility conditions.
c) Approved refunds are issued within 30 business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Result Guarantees & Money-Back Policies
a) Transformational Weekend Experience — Result Guarantee
The UncageX Transformational Weekend is designed to create immediate and deep inner shifts. If a participant feels the experience did not deliver the promised outcomes, the following result guarantee applies:
1. The refund request must be submitted within 10 calendar days after the final day of the event to [email protected], including a short description of why the expected results were not achieved.
2. Eligibility requires full and active participation in all sessions of the event.
3. Refund timeline and review: • Within the first 2 calendar days after the event: full refund, no questions asked. • Between days 3 and 10: each request is reviewed individually; the UncageX team may ask for a brief summary of how the participant has applied or maintained the results. Refunds may be approved in full or in part depending on this review. • After 10 calendar days: refund requests are no longer eligible, as integration and maintenance of results depend solely on the participant’s continued application.
4. Any approved refund may have deductions for bank or processing fees, non-returnable materials, or bonuses already used.
b) Mentorship Programs — 4-Month Application Guarantee
For long-term mentorships (such as Self Mastery ), UncageX offers a results-based guarantee.
If, after four months of consistent application, a participant has not observed any measurable progress toward their initial goals, they may request a refund or credit.
Eligibility requires:
1. Participation in at least 80% of the sessions (live or recorded).
2. Completion of all core assignments and implementation tasks.
3. Submission of a Progress & Application Report demonstrating the steps taken and actions applied.
4. A written request sent to [email protected] within 14 calendar days after the four-month mark.
Following review, UncageX may grant either a full refund or free participation in the next edition, at its discretion. Refunds or credits are evaluated based on documented participation and measurable effort, not on subjective perception of progress.
This guarantee applies once per participant and does not cover non-attendance, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to apply the program methods.
c) Final Note on Guarantees
Both guarantees reflect UncageX’s commitment to deliver tangible transformational results and the participant’s responsibility to engage fully in the process. They represent a partnership based on integrity, accountability, and shared growth.
5.3 Tickets and Bonuses
a) Unused tickets (including free or promotional) and unredeemed bonuses hold no monetary value and are void once a refund is issued.
b) If any bonus (e.g., extra modules or coaching sessions) has been used, its commercial value will be deducted from the refund.
c) Discounted or promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason or timing.
d) Any unused bonus is cancelled upon refund approval and carries no refund value.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
a) To the extent permitted by law, UX excludes all warranties, whether implied or express, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with descriptions.
b) UX does not guarantee that any delivered content (videos, presentations, online platform) will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free, and is not liable for any technical failures or interruptions caused by network, hardware, software, or third-party services.
6.2. Liability in Case of Non-Performance
a) In case of breach of a non-excludable legal obligation, UX’s liability is limited to the total amount effectively paid by the Client under this Contract for the Product or Service in question.
b) UX will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, replacement costs, or similar damages — even if warned of such risks.
c) If a mandatory legal rule requires a liability greater than the amount paid by the Client, UX’s responsibility will be adjusted to the lowest permissible limit under the applicable law.
6.3. Specific Exclusions
a) UX is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, as defined in Section 8.
b) UX is not liable for any personal injury to the Client or third parties resulting from participation in physical activities, workshops, excursions, or other experiences requiring good health, except where injury results from gross negligence on the part of UX.
c) UX assumes no liability for participant-provided content (feedback, testimonials) that may generate opinions or personal recommendations among participants.
7. CONSENT
7.1. Scope of Services
a) You confirm that the purpose and content of UX Products and Services (courses, workshops, live sessions, study materials, bonuses) have been clearly explained to you. You acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on your personal involvement and other individual factors beyond UX’s control.
b) You expressly acknowledge that UX does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, or professional results. The effectiveness of the programs depends significantly on your personal effort and how you apply the knowledge in your environment.
7.2. Use of Contact Information for Marketing
a) By signing the Order Form, you give explicit consent for your email address and/or phone number to be used by UX and/or its affiliates to communicate future offers, services, products, or events.
b) Your contact details will be kept confidential and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit permission.
c) You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from UX or by sending a written request to [email protected].
8. INDEMNIFICATION
8.1. UX’s Right to Indemnity
a) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UX, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses (including legal fees), losses, and penalties arising from:
Your breach of any provision of this Contract.
Submission of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information in the Order Form or any communication with UX.
Failure to comply with UX’s health and safety policies (e.g., not meeting required medical fitness standards).
b) If any third party files a claim against UX due to your actions or omissions (including failure to meet health criteria, abusive behavior, or violation of other participants’ rights), you will be fully responsible for all associated costs and damages.
